Mist Collectors / Oil Mist Collector:
Mist along with dust laden air is drawn in to unit by high speed rotating rotor. Small particles are forced to collide and coalesce due to centrifugal force of rotor resulting in to formation of liquid droplets. These droplets are then guided towards the inner surface of the housing where they accumulate and drain out through a dedicated outlet. Clean air, now free from oil mist and fine particulates, is discharged back into the working environment.

United Dust Collector Unit is an automatic reverse jet-type dust filter system, engineered to efficiently manage consistent volumes of dust-laden air. It is designed for continuous operation in demanding industrial environments, utilizing a reverse air jet cleaning mechanism to maintain filter performance. This self-cleaning system operates automatically during normal operation, ensuring that the filter media remains free from excessive buildup.
